Region of the Kransoyarsk North lies in the north of Central Siberia and includes Taimyrski ( Dolgano-Nenetski ) and Evenkiski Autonomous neighbourhoods, Turukhanski, Yeniseiski and Northern-Yeniseiski regions of the Krasnoyarsk territory.
Corporate space of territories meant for tourist reclamation (FTZ), compiles 1.5 million square kilometres (1500000 sq. km.)
Due to its broadest extension from North to South, FTZ simultaneously lies within arctic and subarctic areas of tundra, forrest tundra, outlandish southern taiga and mountain forrests.
FTZ relief is represented by the Eastern-Western plateau on the south, the world's biggest basalt solid of Putoran mountains plateau in the central part, ancient Anabar mountains in the East and arctic Byrranga mountains in the North. Also to be found here are between-hill troughs and truely endless vasts of taiga and tundra plains of the Yenisey left coast, Taimyr low ground and so on.
Concerning the hydrographical descriptions, it is thousands of crystal clear and mineralized, darting and deliberate, montane, taiga and tundra rivers. Tens of thousands of lakes, including the deepest and the largest (following the Baikal lake) Russian lakes - Taimyr, Dyupkun, Khantaika and many others. The biggest waterfalls of Russia at the rivers Kureighka and Yadun, the considerable consistency of waterfalls at the Putoran mountains. Inferior course of one of the affluent world's rivers - Yenisey.
Southern and central parts climate is strongly continental, upto +35oC, in summers and down to -60oC in winters (between-hill troughs feature their own special climate), northern parts with +20oC, in summer and -40oC in winter time, on the coast at +3oC in summer and down to -30oC in winter. Approximately half the FTZ territories is located northwise the Polar bout resulting in Polar day periods (3 months) in summer and Polar nights (2 months) and polar lights in winter.
FTZ is enriched with animal resources. Those are fur (sable, fox, polar fox and so on.), bear, wolf, carcajou, mountain mutton, elk, taiga and northern deers, eared seal. Incomputable resources of hog, water and predatory birds including quite unique - pink gull, peregrin, red craw brant...
Rivers and lakes are rich with fish of many kinds including rare (bulltrout, salmon trout, sturgeon, sterlet and many other) and common (luce, grayling, arctic and lake loach and so on). It is necessary to point out that the majority of all kinds of animals are utilized a way inconsiderably, the catches of birds and fur are minimal and the feck of FTZ localities and ponds are not even being visited in tens of years by hunters let alone being utilized.
The essence of completely intact forrest areas (those that never bore a slightest industrial refinement) are mainly composed of coniferous tree species. There are lots of rarest medicinal herbage used ever since the beginning of time by the aboriginal population in medicine (stone shytovnik, shyksha, variations of gold root and so on) that can never be found anywhere else
The ground bowels keep gross amounts of gold, precious metals and stones, craft stones. Elutriation and thermocave denudation are constantly washing away up to the surface huge percentage of petrified animals and plants including remains of mammoth and mollusc. Some areas are certified to contain all of the mentioned (Balakhia river, Logata lake, Taimyr lake and others). Aboriginal population, for instance, uses mammoth tusks for embroidery fabrication.
It's noteworthy that the region's geology with its flaura and faunafauna is completely unexplored and remains a mistery for scientists. Even in Russian geological science the enormous region of Moimecha, Ayaklie, Kungtykakhy rivers sources has been called - the Pole of inaccessibility.
Approximate population consistence is at 1 person for 35 squared kilometres (and that's for inhabitants clustered in townships with most territories payed visits to only by occasional huntsmen).
The whole massive territory hadn't been given a touch of industrialization which is not plotted in future. The essential local production is deer-breeding, fishing and hunting. According to scientific conclusions the region appears to be the ecologically cleanest part of Russia (if not the world's) - (Kotu region and Moiyarskaya trough, between-hills of Anabar and Putoran).
Among the well-known sights on lands of FTZ one should note: 1) Place of Tungus meteorite downfall (Vanavara region) 2) The world's biggest meteorite crater (Popigai region) 3) Russian Geographical centre on the Vivi lake 4) Rookeries and white bear clusters on the coast of Taimyr. 5) The world's richest surface agate-amethyst deposits (Nerangda lake). 6) The world's grossest herds of deers with upto 800 thousands heads, unmindful of the taiga deer. 7) Mountain circut of voodoo priests burial.
According to legends and affirmations of aboriginal nations who along with geologists and scientific expeditions certify that some areas are actual cradles for absolutely inexplicable events and engagements. But since there's nothing else like documentary evidence to it we helped ourselves to skip the vivid expositions of the very events.
The region contains such unique nations like keto - 718 men, ngasany - 809, entsy - 209 and so on, whose language, culture and religion are indispensible, unrepeatable. An ancient taiga-tundra culture carried by the mentioned nations actually continues to exist (voodoo priesting, customs, ancient medicine, crafts and so on.)
